When using a special ppa for some specific software, you might get an error message like:
W: GPG error: http://debian.wgdd.de jaunty Release: The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY 0F719C35E394D996
Recipe:

0xnumber_in_the_error_message
The above means you will search for the number which was given at the end of the error message, preceded by 0x (to tell that it is hexadecimal).
